Product Information

TRUGLO's TruPoint Sight features a tubeless design with unlimited eye relief, integrated Weaver-style mounting system, and weighing less than 2 oz, it is perfect for airguns, crossbows, handguns, paintball guns and shotguns. Light-sensitive rheostat for brightness control and special lens coatings completely eliminate double dot and split images. The TruPoint uses very little power for long battery life and the included snap-on cover activates "sleep mode" for added battery protection. Fog, water and shockproof, and includes a limited lifetime warranty.

I have had this sight on a Benelli Mod 90 for several years. It has performed very nicely watching a lot of slugs and buck go downrange. I have not noticed the parallax problem noted in an earlier review. I have used it primarily inside of 100m so it may not be noticeable at that range, but a problem further out. The rheostat seems to work fine at all practical shooting light intensities. I have used in bright NC sunlight and in my house very dimly lit. The battery life is exceptional. Again, I have had no problems and have and would recommend the sight.

I have three of these on my S&W revolvers. The one I had on my 460 got a slight fracture on the glass lens. I sent it back to Truglo and they quickly sent me a new one. They really stand behind their products.I really like this sight because of its size and ease of use, not to mention the customer service.

I put one of these on my Ruger MK II 22LR target pistol and it works great. It has a small but very bright dot that is usable in the brightest sunlight. Age has made open sights difficult for me to use, but with this sight my plinker is off the shelf and back in use.

I put the sight on a rifle and it had lots of parallax error. I like the sight, but you have to pay attention to your head placement in relation to the sight. The dot must remain in the center of the window or your zero is off as much as 6" at 100 yards.
