I called and talked to ...

I called and talked to the Doubletap rep. He told me that this Doubletap 124 grain ammunition comes in two types. If the box states that it is "Bonded Defense" then it is loaded with the Speer Gold Dot bonded bullet. If it does not say "Bonded Defense" then it is loaded with the Remington Golden Saber non-bonded bullet.

DoubleTap 9mm JHP 124gr ...

DoubleTap 9mm JHP 124gr with the Gold Dot bullet is the best ammunition on the market, I believe. It is consistent, powerful and flawlessly reliable in several of my defensive pistols. I rely on it daily. Only one other maker's 9mm ammo runs nearly as well, but it is neither as smooth nor as reliable as this. If you have not yet tried the DT JHP product, you owe it to yourself to consider it.

I have a Kahr cw9. It's ...

I have a Kahr cw9. It's new and in the break-in phase per Kahrs instruction. After many ftf's with Win white box both of the 100 rd and 50 rd variety(fmj), I bought a box of this ammo. Took it to the range yesterday, and after a mag of failure prone Winchester fmj, I loaded up with this ammo. Whether it be hard primers or deep set primers with the Win WB ammo, the DT ammo fed and fired flawlessly. It is HOT! and it is accurate. 7 yds on a silhouette keep nice type groups. i would say if you have a 9mm you need to break in, this is the ammo. A little expensive but of high quality.

My CZ 75 P-01 just LOVES ...

My CZ 75 P-01 just LOVES this ammo. Never fails, always goes bang, and hits where it's aimed. Quite certainly the best I've found for a carry round. Use cheap stuff for practice, but bring these D-T's with you when you go out. Highly recommended!

I have had excellent ...

I have had excellent results with this round through my G34. Extremely accurate with no feeding problems and manageable recoil despite a high pressure round. My choice for a carry load. I recommend the 10mm loads as well.
