I just bought this along with all the other accessories to start reloading. This is the best way to get started, economical, precise, and fun! I have just loaded my first 20 rounds using 180 gr Hornady SST's. I can't wait to test them out!

Wow! I never thought hand ...

Wow! I never thought hand loading ammunition could be this easy. I cleaned my brass, followed the Lee Loader instructions, and a couple of hours later I had fresh rounds ready to go. I'm a perfectionist and this loading system exceeded my expectations from a form, fit, and function perspective (mechanical engineer speak for awesome!). Do yourself a favor and search for Lee Loader on YouTube. Aside from case prepping (tumbling, case trimming, primer pocket cleaning, OAL check), it's as easy as Mr. Lee makes it look. Two words...buy it!

The Lee Classic Loader is amazing! This was my first reloading set up and let me say well worth the money! Very durable and accurate. I was able to get sub moa. Around .6 moa 3 shot groups out of my Savage Axis in 308 win. Always wear safety glasses! The way it seats the bullet is very accurate is still my preferred method. The only thing I didn't like about it is way it seats primers but it works. I like the reload one bullet at a time method of the Classic Loader compared to stages with single stage presses. I got a single stage set up, all great Lee stuff, for Christmas.

Shot my first .308 rounds loaded with the Lee Loader yesterday. In fact, they were my first reloads ever. Very simple to understand and use with very impressive results. sub-MOA with sporterized k98 HB. For my fist reloading experience, I was very impressed and will be using this product for a long time. Also having a Lee Loader in 30-30 that I am excited to start on.

I started reloading about a year ago to save a little extra cash. Around the time you load your 2nd box of shells that classic loader will have paid for the projectiles, powder and primers. I love the loads that I've made for my .308 win. I'm using a Tikka t3 and at a 100 gettin 3/4 inch or better. Absolutely refuse to use any other reloading system!

These Lee Loaders are a great way to learn to reload. They are also the most portable system.If you are going to reload small amounts of ammo shot from your own bolt action rifle, this is a good item.This is perfect for someone that shoots a box of shells or two a month from their rifle.If you plan on about half an hour for a box of shells, and are reloading 10 to 40 at a time, this is a good option.Only reload brass from your rifle that you shot (it only neck sizes and the cases are fire-formed to your chamber)

I have used a Lee Classic Loader in several calibers for 34 years and found them to be precise and very durable, never wore one out yet. I prefer simplicity and accuracy over speed and quantity. And the accuracy you get with this Lee loader, a good powder scale like the RCBS Model 1010 (old Ohaus Scale) and patience, cannot be duplicated with any other method or product in my opinion.

Bought one in .308 back ...

Bought one in .308 back in 1981. Have shot several sub-MOA groups with 165 gr Speer BTs in my Remington 788. Had not used it in several years until last Fall when I needed some ammo for a hunting tip (had shot all mine up at the range and thought I had more back at home). Didn't feel like disturbing the turret press that was set up for .45 ACP, so I grabbed the plastic hammer and loaded up 20 rounds in about 15 minutes, taking my time. Killed a big 8 point at an honest 200 yds with one of these 2 days later. You don't need a press and a bench to make quality, accurate handloads. I have all that stuff now and a press is faster (and quieter), but for years all I had was this Lee Loader and a set of the Lee Dippers. My Collet dies in the press turn out ammo as good as this, but not any better.
