Ordered 3 swivel sets in ...

Ordered 3 swivel sets in 2 orders. One swivel set attached without any problems. The second swivel set attached with some difficultly because the screw holes did not line up, even after several adjustments. The third swivel set was almost impossible to attach because, once again, the screw holes did not properly align. There is definitely a problem with manufacturing QC and I wouldn't order again unless desperate. This is not rocket science, but poor attention to product.

Very dissapointed. As others have mentioned, screw promptly strips out before enough tension is applied. I tried it on my old Remington Sportmaster 22 with a .435 tube. Wasted money.

First off the front ...

First off the front swivel mount bracket had both holes filled with attached metal shavings. After I cleaned them out I followed the instructions, and the bracket didn't wrap around the tube far enough to even hold with light downward pressure. The tube diameter is .435 on my rifle, within the specs. The bracket would hold if the ears wrapped around the tube farther. I never made it to the rear swivel.

Just bought and installed ...

Just bought and installed it on my Henry lever action .22 and it looks and works great so far. Haven't had a chance to put it under any serious conditions but I have no reason to doubt that it will hold up. Only reason it didn't get a 5 star from me is because I haven't had a chance to see how it holds up.

Finish on the "ring" type ...

Finish on the "ring" type adapter that goes around the magazine tube is best described as matte and does not match the gloss blue of the sling swivels. The machining on one of the halves was not good as the other half, and the two did not match up perfectly when installed. The inside machining on one of the halves had a lot of marks on them and had to be cleaned up with a file or risk seriously damaging magazine tube.

I just bought and put this on my Marlin Glenfield Model 60, and I would agree with the other reviewers that the provided allen wrench is too small. I found my 2.5 mm wrench to be a better fit. I drilled the wooden stock according to the provided directions, and the fit seems snug and like it will last. I can only rate the install and first impression as of now, but I will post back if I find it does not last. I rated it down one star only because the wrench provided should have been a perfect match. I could have easily stripped out the head if it hadn't been for the other reviews.

It does fit ok but like another rater said hex head strips out with out even putting pressure on both the screws, it's like wrench is mm and screw is inch. Once you start to turn screw and it stops thats were its going to stay, but it has stayed in place so far ???? but if I need to take it off or it starts to slide I'll be at the hardware store to.would have 5 star if screws and wrench fit
