Excellent piece of equipment for my 50-yard target rifle. Fewer screws to fumble with/adjust/to go wrong. Its of the simplest design without sacrificing quality. Earlier I used the millett adjustable windage rings and those things kept shifting zeros on me. I got off the rifle range, swapped out rings to these and shot tackdriving ragged holes with the same rifle, ammunition, scope combo. and plus, these "torx" screws are way more friendly than those allen ones that tend to slip/strip/ruin and have to be replaced. Leupold was thinking when they used the torx screws.

I bought my 10-22 Ruger ...

I bought my 10-22 Ruger 35 years ago. I had put thousands of thousands of rounds through it. I recently decided to "rebuild" it with a new A&B heavy bull target barrel, Hogue overmolded stock and all new springs. The old off-brand rings that I had on it had to go! I chose a set of the vertical split Leupold Rifleman medium matte rings. I couldn't be happier with the rings! They are absolutely solid! I installed them without any problems at all. One of the things I like about them is the fact that these rings only have 2 screws vs. 3-5 for some other types of rings. In my mind, less screws means there is less to go wrong! I know I am only using them on a .22 and not a .460 Weatherby Magnum, so I can't say for sure that they will work on super high recoil applications, but they work great for me, and I plan on using these rings on my future rifles. They look great too!

I was very impressed! I installed a pair of these rings along with the Rifleman bases on a Weatherby MK V .378 Wby Mag just to get to shoot the rifle. I didn't expect much as far as durability goes because of the heavy recoil of the rifle. But the rifle sighted in as easy as with Double Dovetail, or any other bases and rings.....And HELD ZERO perfectly!!! Only about 60 rounds were fired so far, but no problems at all. I will without question use this product again. And yes, I left them on my 378!Hope this helps.

I highly recommend these rings for both quality and price. They have an excellent matte finish and they are easy to install. I mounted these on a .50 caliber muzzleloader and sighted it in. I haven't had a chance to hunt with these yet, but they held the scope securely during sight in.

I have two sets of these rings and have found them to be simplistic and fully functional. They are mounted on a Marlin 336 30-30 and a Marlin 444P Outfitter. They are high enough to allow the scopes to clear the hammers and spurs, yet are low enough to give a good cheek weld. I was told to expect problems with them on the 444, but have not had any. The gun holds its zero trip after trip. No problems with the 30-30, either. After all, they're Leupold. And the price is good, too!

I have these rings installed on numerous rifles in calibers ranging from .243 up to .300 Win. Mag. No problems what-so-ever! I especially like the slim design, and the price just can't be beat! I have recommended these rings to many shooters who have had scope-bolt handle clearance problems. Long live Leupold and their excellent products!

Product is durable and easy to install, and a money saver too if you have trouble lining scopes up level. No problem getting the scope on square and lock down is a cinch with 2 screws compared to the standard 3-5 screws of older weaver style rings. Vertical splits are the way to go.
