The Saeco Lubri-Sizer is perfect for the serious bullet caster. With just one stroke a bullet is swaged to the correct size, lubricant is added to the lube groove on the bullet and a gas check is seated. The pressurized lubricant reservoir can lubricate between 20 to 50 bullets between turns of the lube control handle. Two parallel guide rods help to ensure proper alignment of the top punch and sizing die for maximum bullet concentricity. The Swing-out gas check seater will seat without sizing. Will accept hollow or solid stick lubricant. Top punches and sizing dies are sold separately.

Having my own custom ammo ...

Having my own custom ammo business means that I am constantly casting and loading. As with all of my other Redding/Saeco products, this lubrisizer works as advertised. I used mostly SPG lube or Thompson Blue Angel, and have the lubrisizer attached to the heater plate. In cold weather I use the heater for everything and the lube flows just fine. It sizes perfectly every time.

These are very good, personally I think the folks who claim it leaked, over cranked and caused the seals to leak. You have to go at it slowly til you get the feel for it. It will last if you take care of it...tens of thousands of rounds and still going strong

I have had this product ...

I have had this product for about 8 years. It has never failed me. In spite of what others have posted mine does not leak. The dies do a perfect job and produce clean smooth and shiny bullets. I am looking for another one that I will strictly use with my BPCR bullets. Excellent quality and I cannot fault the customer service people since I have never had to contact them...

This is without a doubt ...

This is without a doubt the worst lube-sizer on the market! It leaks lube all around the base, leaks around the size die. Most of your lube will go on your bench and not the bullets. The machining is rough, the gas check seater cocks sideways under slight load and binds up the press, galling! It will not seat a gas check flat and square! The top punches Saeco makes for each bullet design, do not fit the bullets properly and cut into the ogive, often stick in the top punch. Worst of all is that there is no warranty! Each time I've called them about the trouble with their products, I get a lot of double talk and how there is no problem! I have sent some of the tools back and they will not fix or replace then, they just send them back to me un-repaired!

Having used more than one sizer, this one has been the best so far. Easy to work, Easy to seat gas checks, and easy to load the lube. Also seems to have the best construction of all I've used.

Purchased this based on ...

Purchased this based on the reviews and my need for a second lubri-sizer. With minimal pressure on the lube it leaks all around the base of the reservoir. The reservoir feels secure but it leaks. It feels like the guide bars are passing through a rough opening - grateing and scoring on the bars that lubrication does not help. Sizing 45 Caliber bullets 1/1000 results in sticking bullets that require pounding the handle up to retrieve the bullet.

I bought a Saeco ...

I bought a Saeco Luber/sizer to replace a Lyman 450 I had used a couple of years and kept falling apart. I bought this unit in 1978 and have used it ever since without a single problem. Only thing, I broke the handle(was made of wood back then) back in 1980 sizing some 520Gr .45 bullets and taped a sock over the end of the handle and have used it like that ever since. Never saw a reason to do anymore to it. Runs like a champ and sizes exact to diameter, seats gas checks. What more could you want from a sizer?
