Many things have "broken" ...

Many things have "broken" on my brother's lefthanded 1960's German Weatherby, and the last thing I was required to repair was the original trigger because it developed a crack in its aluminum frame, making the rifle unsafe to shoot.Getting a trigger to equal the performance of the Weatherby factory trigger was going to be a tall order, because the original trigger was one of the best I've ever tried. So I ordered a Timney trigger and a set of roll pin punches for removal of the pin that attaches the trigger to the reciever. Everything arrived in about a week.In fact, the trigger you see pictured here is the same exact trigger I installed on my brother's rifle; or so says a note taped to the package the trigger came in. It was installed within 3 minutes.The first time I cycled the bolt, it slid over the bolt stop and popped out of the reciever. One or two hits on a wide punch with a hammer on the bottom of the bolt stop where the trigger actuates it solved the problem. Safety was fine and needed no adjustment.This trigger has no creep -and if anything- is lighter and crisper than the original. Timney makes a fine trigger.
