Product Information

These drop-in barrels give you the competitive accuracy that has made Shilen famous. All barrels feature recessed target crown, are precision reamed, air gauged and button rifled.

Technical Information

Materials:Shilen barrels available in Chrome Moly Steel or Stainless Steel. Chrome moly is blued, stainless barrels are polished white with a hand-lapped bore.

Production Process:
  • Match Grade
  • Shilen/Bentz chamber, designed for optimum accuracy in semi-automatics
  • Air-gauged within .0005"
  • Stress Relieved
  • Bore diameter does not vary more than .0003" for the entire length
  • Groove diameter .2215"
  • Target crown
  • Warranted by Shilen against defects in materials and workmanship

    Contours:
  • Factory contour is .520 diameter
  • Varmint contour is .680 diameter
  • Barrels of .920 diameter have that diameter listed in the product description
