Noted for its ability to throw a broad range of charges, large capacity and proven performance record, this measure features an adjustable powder baffle for added charge uniformity, a positive lock and a zero-backlash micrometer. Compared to my old Lee ...

Compared to my old Lee PPM, this thing is wonderful. It is easily adjusted and is easy to return to a previous setting. It cuts extruded powders cleanly and with little effort. Charge weight varies as little as 0.1 grain per throw (or less). It won't work for small charges of Bullseye (like the 2.6 grain standard 38 SPL load) and it won't work for the super mags (charges over about 90 grains), but for everything in between, it's wonderful.

|I am disappointed with this unit. The powder reservoir is very thin and flexible and sets at about an 8 degree to level. The reservoir cap looks like a pipe cap used for protecting pipe threads during shipping and it is not vented.Performance? This meter is not as good as the pot metal charge bar on my Dillon 550.I have tried to characterize this meter with spherical powders and can get no better than .3 grains variation. My Dillon charge bar apparatus keeps Viht N-350 (an extruded powder) within .2 grains, AA#5,Win 231 within .1 grain.For myself, reloading is an enjoyable hobby, certainly not a livelihood. I can afford to spend some disposable income on these 'toys'. But I find it hard to accept poor manufacturing and design.

Very consistent powder measure. The fit and finish are perfect. I had no trouble using the table mount. Finding a given powder load was quick and easy. WST and Unique metered without incident. I am glad I spent a little extra for the accurate metering of the Redding powder measure. There are cheaper units out there. You get what you pay for. American Made.

There is no comparison quality wise to any other powder measure Ive seen or used. This measure is simply outstanding! I would highly recommend to the reloader who only wants to buy one of these a lifetime. It is my first powder measure, I like it a lot. It speeds up my reloading a great deal. I use ball and flake powders and accuracy is excellent, mostly dead on. Very happy with this little gem.

I have had one of these for about 20 years. It is without question the best measure I use. I also have a Uniflow which is very good, but the workmanship on this thing is pure precision compared to the bit of play most Uniflow's have in the drum from side to side. Well worth the money and very accurate.

A very good dispenser from a reputable company. Throws extruded with .2 grain. Hardly any variation with ball powders. Weights checked constantly on a beam scale. Powder meter locks into place with a set screw. Consistent motions get consistent results. Buy the stand, it is well worth it and throws charges with increased uniformity.

Great measure with just a couple of flaws. The reservoir is way to small and the drop tube should be clear instead of "Redding green" so you can easily see if you've got powder bridging going on. Throws exceptionally accurate charges. I doubt I'll ever use the Redding trickler I bought. Darn glad too!

This is a great powder measure...better than the RCBS or Lyman that I owned. I just wish they would put a real powder hopper on it instead of the flimsy plastic job.

Great product, accurate to within .1 gr. I throw varget all day into .308, .223, . and 30-06 and never have issues once the charge is set.

This is a quality measure. Well made, durable and accurate. The micrometer is well calibrated and easy to read. However, its accuracy, while good is not noticeably better than several others that cost quite a bit less.
