Doubletap made this round for home defense and personal protection. Using premium Nosler Jacketed Hollow Point bullet that will expand rapidly, transferring all of the rounds energy into the target and not have the risk of over penetrating. Testing in ballistics gel shows expansion of .68" and 11.75 inches of penetration.
