I actually purchased this holster before buying the LCR Revolver. The main issue I had with the Hunter holster was the tension screw not letting me push the Ruger far enough down to accommodate the trigger guard. I removed the tension screw and spacer, and the gun fits just fine; however there is a gap left where the tension screw and spacer were. Also it was not very accommodating which belt you could use, with a very tight opening for the belt of your choice. Also I prefer two belt slots over one, but the weight of this gun is not a factor. I gave it only 3 stars for those reasons. I did like that it rode high on the hip for better concealment.

The quality of this ...

The quality of this holster is as good as any manufactor. The leather is molded right and it fits my LCR well. My only proglem is that the rubber tension device required a smaller rubber bumper, an easy fix.
