This is a great bullet for accuracy out to 600 yards plus. Groups under 2 inches at 400 yards from my Scendero 7 Rem. Mag. with IMR 7828 powder. Expands quickly for devasting energy transfer on deer size game, but also holds together well enough to pass completely through big heavy bucks with broadside shots. Spectacular kills on deer at all ranges with this bullet.

I took a nice 6x6 bull ...

I took a nice 6x6 bull elk a few years back with this Sierra 160gr. BT-HP loaded in a 280 Rem. With one shot in the timber at 50-60yds. the elk got turned around to leave and went down dead. The rifle is a Cooper Excalibur nice rifle. This bullet loaded with H-4831 is the most accurate I've found so far in this rifle usually under good conditions putting 5-shots in one ragged hole at 100yds. The 30 Cal. 165gr. HP BT version is just as good in a 308 Win. or 30/06 great bullets from Sierra.

Most accurate Bullet I ever used on West TX Mule Deer at 500 yds. Then I started using it at 1,000 yds Steel Silhouette with my Shilen/Remington 7mm08. Was I ever impressed ? You bet just ordered another 100 rounds.

I use this bullet in a 7STW. It holds together for full penetration on broadside shots and penetrates sufficiently on quartering shots. Shoots the best in my gun pushed to 3283fps. A better alternative for a fast 7 than a ballistic tip for hunting deer sized game.

Used this bullet with 7mm Rem Mag, both on paper and white tails. Drops the deer instantly, consistantly gives me 5 shot groups averaging .75 inches at 100 yds. Great Bullet!

This is no doubt the best all around bullet for the 7mm Family. It will do the right job on about any North American game in the competent hands. I use it in a 280 Ackley improved with excellent results. Accuracy at the 200 yard range is under one inch consistently.

Use this bullet in Model 70 Featherweight in 7mm Mauser at around 2400 fps. 1.5"-2" groups at 200 yards off the hood of my truck. Terminal performance is exceptional, even exceeding 250 yards, Have taken several deer at that range and a few over the 300 yard mark and had complete pass through and excellent blood trails. Will not shoot another bullet out of this rifle. Unbelievable accuracy. Would not hesitate to recommend this bullet anyone.

Great bullet, averaged .163 inch group at 150 yards. Used on whitetail, total penetration and exit at 350 yards. Another hard to beat bullet by Sierra, highly reccommended.
