Product Information

AccuBond represents the most advanced bonded core bullet technology to date. Through a proprietary bonding process that eliminates voids in the bullet core, AccuBond marries Nosler's traditional copper-alloy jacket with its special lead-alloy core. The result is a bullet that flies true, penetrates deep, won't cause extensive barrel fouling, and will retain 60-70% of its weight. The polymer tip helps protect against deformation while initiating expansion upon impact. This is not loaded ammunition.

I load these in my 8mm Rem mag behind a healthy dose of reloader 22 for 3060 fps. I was unsure of the terminal performance and bullet integrity due to the high velocity but having used them on game now I am quite pleased. I snuck up on a 205 pound monster 11 pt. this year and got unexpectedly close (49 yards) and put one of these Noslers through his chest. The bullet passed through leaving a massive wound channel with a two inch wide exit hole. I have used other lead core non-bonded bullets in this gun before at close range and experienced complete bullet detonation, fragmentation and many core seperations so I switched to the Barnes. However with recent bullet prices I decided to try some "tipped and bonded" lead cores. The Accu-bond seems to be a good all around bullet that holds together in close yet still expands at longer ranges (I regularly shoot this round at 400 yards +). It does not retain as much weight as the Barnes but I still have not recovered one of these bullets yet even on some 350-400+ pound pigs. This bullet easily prints 3/4" 100 yrd groups and is about 12 dollars cheaper per box of 50 than the Barnes. This bullet is very accurate, performs well at all ranges and is resonably priced. You can't beat that! I hope this helps.

270 POUND BLACK BEAR SOW. 4 SHOTS: NECK, SHOULDER, BACK AND LEFT HIND QUARTER. MINIMAL PENETRATION. BULLET APPEARED TO FRAGMENT ON IMPACT. ONLY FATAL WOUND WAS IN HIND QUARTER WHICH BLED THE AMINAL OUT FROM FEMORAL ARTERY. NO WOUNDS EVIDENT IN ORGAN CAVITY DUE TO WOUNDS BEING MOSTLY SUPERFICIAL. CARTRIDGE - 325WSM RANGE - 80 YARDS (APPROX)

I shot a 5x6 bull at 60 yards with the animal facing me. The bull collapsed as the shot with a broken neck for an apparent instant kill from my 325wsm. The bullet was not recovered but was somewhere in the paunch. MV was 2775 fps using R19. Could not ask for better performance.

In the past four years I have logged 13 Kills with this bullet, including 3 Elk and a Shiras Moose. Shots ranged from 40-475 yards. Terminal performance has been devastating in every instance. Every bullet exited. Accuracy is impressive. Average is approx 1/2" at 100 yds, and just over 1" at 200 yds. I will continue to use this bullet in my .325 WSM, and will start with Accubonds when loading for any of my Hunting rifles.

Shot a Cow Elk a 365 yards. 325 WSM. Complete pass through, she made it about 20 yards. Lungs where completely destroyed. 3 whitetails at various ranges all died without taking a single step. will shoot sub MOA groups when I do my part.

Load the 200 Accubond for both my Remington 700 8mm Mauser and for my 8mm Remington Magnum. Great bullet for both of these rifles. I have killed 12-15 deer with the 8x57 and I have not recovered a bullet yet because they all exit with appropriately large wound channels. Best bullet out there for 8mm's.

Dropped a 5x5 bull Olympic elk opening morning 11.09 in West WA state. Bullet passed totally through the neck and the bull bled out fast. Also shocked and dropped a deer 1 week later; the deer was thinner so the bullet just drilled right thru and no holes could be seen on either side!

Using load data from the Nosler manual, these loads shoot under .50 MOA all the way out to 500 yards in my .325 WSM. The bullet retention in a Cyrus Moose from Alberta, CA was .95 @ 275 yards. Great accurate bullet with terminal ballistics

Most accurate bullet I have found to date for my .325 WSM. I have not had an opportunity as yet to try it on game, however, so will withhold final judgment until terminal ballistic performance can be assessed.

I shoot a custom built 8mm mag built off a Winchester action. I get 1/2 inch groups with these bullets on a bad day at 100 yds. Loaded with RL19 I get 3089 fps. They are awesome. I won't shoot anything else. Love the gun and bullets so much I'm building a second rifle.

After using several bullets and built configurations I found that the Nosler AccuBond Bullets 8mm (323 Diameter) 200 Grain Spitzer, gave me a constant three quarter group at 100 yards with the new Remington 700 rifle, chambered for the 8mm Mauser.
