The General Tool thread gage makes lathe setup for cutting threads fast and accurate. Graduated in 14ths, 20ths, 24ths and 32nds of an inch for checking the number of threads per inch. And has a 60 degree angle for cutting US standard threads and double depth of American National threads. Made of hardened spring tempered steel with a satin chrome finish, notches have clearance slots.
