Same thing happened to me ...

Same thing happened to me as well... I just bought the Promag GSG5PK thread adapter for suppressor use, and the adapter just slide roughly on and off the barrel. The diameter of the adapter is larger than the barrel. DO NOT buy this product. You will waste your money. I'm returning it ASAP.

I purchased this adapter ...

I purchased this adapter for the express use of a supressor (fully registered of course). When it arrived it didn't "feel" quite right upon threading on to my stock barrel but seemed to snug up to an acceptable level. I even double checked to make sure I hadn't cross threaded it. When I mounted my suppressor all went well until I snuggled it up at which time the whole adapter broke loose to the point I didnt even have to thread it off, it simply slipped off the end of the barrel with a tug. IMO its a little too far past the proper thread diameter. I don't know if its just an isolated defective piece or if its a problem with all of them.
