AccuBond represents the most advanced bonded core bullet technology to date. Through a proprietary bonding process that eliminates voids in the bullet core, AccuBond marries Nosler's traditional copper-alloy jacket with its special lead-alloy core. The result is a bullet that flies true, penetrates deep, won't cause extensive barrel fouling, and will retain 60-70% of its weight. The polymer tip helps protect against deformation while initiating expansion upon impact. This is not loaded ammunition.

Use this bullet in my Remington Model 7 270wsm. Very accurate, very impressive bullet. Shot a Mule Deer in New Mexico in 2010 @ 500 yards. Dropped dead in his tracks, through center of both shoulders and exited. Even at 500 yards it was flawless. Also got a white tail in South Texas this season 2011. Broke shoulder and lodged into the other. I recovered the bullet. A perfect mushroom and it retained its weight! I'm sold on accubond!

Anchored a 1000lb moose, impact velocity around 2900fps. One round severed the spine. Another found under the opposite side hide, 65% of original weight.

During the Montana big ...

During the Montana big game season in fall, 2011 I harvested 4 big game animals using this bullet. I used it to take a very nice Pronghorn Buck in October. An Elk Cow, Mule Deer Buck, and Whitetail Doe in November. The Pronghorn, Whitetail, and Mule Deer all fell in their tracks and the elk went a short distance before lying down. None of the rounds were recovered for examination. I am pushing them at 2800 fps out of a single shot H&R Handi-Rifle using IMR-4350 Powder. Usually I get around 2 moa accuracy. I believe this lack of accuracy to be the rifle Im using, not the bullet or powder.

I just loaded a batch of these up for the first time for my savage 270 WSM and without fine tuning the load was getting 3/4inch groups at 100 yards. Im using magpro and winchester LRM primers. I beleve that this bullet can do better I just got to work with load, but I plan on taking this round with me for some hog hunting and I think it will perform great!

These bullets are very uniform in weight and dimensions. I have spun these bullets at high speed for testing and the weight is evenly distributed for perfect balance. Did I mention how effective they are on game in the field? Also I have never had a tip break off or become loose in the magazine as some others tend to. They are not the cheapest bullets made, but well worth the money when that trophy shot presents itself.

I think these are the best all around hunting bullet for the 270 WSM. High B.C. for long range, and they hold together and leave great blood trails on short range shots. I've killed several whitetails with these bullets and have never had to track one over 50 yards. I think it is a little over kill on deer sized game, but not much meat damage. I wouldn't think twice about trying and elk or moose with these.

The combination of the 270 WSM and this bullet resulted in 3200 fps and sub MOA groups in my Vanguard and my brothers Kimber with the same load. Terminal ballistics after 7 Deer and 1 Antelope have been excellent at all ranges.

Bullet shoots well from my Browning A-Bolt 270WIN with boss. Have fired 5 shots into one hole @ 100 YDS. Had to aim 1/2 inch to the right to make sure I was hitting the target! Not the everyday group however normally they are sub MOA. Shot a small Georgia whitetail buck @ 270 YDS. very nasty wound channel. I would definitely recommend these bullets.

I used this bullet in my 270WSM this year and shot 2 California mule deer. Both shots were between 250 and 300 yards. The bullet performed outstanding and exited both deer. Both bucks fell in their tracks.
