I recently started using the 45 Schofield cases in my Ruger Vaquaro (45 Colt) and purchased the Die set (Lee) from Midway. I also keep a spare shell holder for every caliber I load. I've always had good service with Lee Dies and the Quality is as good as any other brand for about half the price. Besides you won't find the 45 Schofield shell holder listed in the other brands. Although the 38-40 WCF and 44-40 WCF will work. Lee shell holders are highly recommended.
