If you over torque the ...

If you over torque the screws it will break the holder. Other than that it works like it is suppose to.

Attached this to my Mossberg 500 Persuader on the ATI top folding stock. It's meant for this application so it fits perfectly and holds the shells securely.

I purchased this product for my Savage 210F bolt action slug gun. I needed a solution for faster reloading. Placed just forward of the magazine; I now have 5 readily available rounds instead of trying to reload when that buck of a lifetime comes by. Holds up exceptionaly well in Michigan winters. Also it gives my slug gun a "tactical" look with my bi-pod and 3-12x 44mm scope. Farthest kill was 237 yards. It took tons of recoil and still held fast!

Came with necessary hardware to mount on firearm and really good instructions as well. Attaches to virtually any type of stock. Will fit the Top-Folding Stock as well. Holds shells really tight. Could be a good or bad thing.

Not bad overall. Supplied screws were a little wimpy at 1/4" long but no big deal and the plate is the same flexible material that holds the shells so if your stock is contoured it could pull the fit off so find a good flat spot. Instructions also state to use a 7/64" bit to pilot the screws and in my opinion thats a bit too big, try it out on something besides your stock first. And don't go flying into it and mount it on the cheek side (where your side saddle may be!) or you will wind up with 6 holes on one side of the stock and this piece on the other!! If you want it to hold 5 shells on your butt stock (and I assume you do) it works.
