Some of the best bore ...

Some of the best bore cleaner I have found, really gets after the copper. I tried it after using some Montana Copper Cream and after the first wet patch I couldn't believe how much blue came out on the dry patch. Totally recommend this product. Also my wife doesn't complain about the smell when I clean my guns in the house which is another plus.

I bought TWO bottles of ...

I bought TWO bottles of this based on its reviews. Well I'm disappointed and my subsequent experiments proved to me at least, that it is only marginally effective. First and most important, its effectiveness is poor. I scrubbed the bore as directed until I received a clean patch. I then ran Remington 40X bore cleaner through the now "clean" bore. It was as if the bore had never been cleaned. I then tried some Aqua Clean on the front edge of a revolver cylinder blackened by powder. A stiff nylon brush would not remove much powder at all. On top of this, it requires a pass of water on a patch (not good on steel internals should some water drip into crevices). And its consistency is weird: it foams as you apply and dries like Jello if you leave it out long enough. The good news: no smell. I do not recommend this product. No better than good old Hoppe's #9 in my opinion.

This stuff works ...

This stuff works incredibly well. Cleans better than anything Ive ever used and Ive sampled most, with the added benefit of being safe for your barrel. Kenny Jarrett uses it and put me on to it. It is outstanding. Works better than Sweets 7.62 and you dont have to worry about it etching your barrel.

I have used most of the solvents, bore cleaners and copper removers found on the market today. But I have yet to use any that cleans fouling and removes copper like this product without having a any strong smell or greasy oily feel to it. After a dry patch to remove the loose fouling I usually follow with Aqua Clean on a patch and a after it sets for a few minutes another patch will amaze anyone who uses the product. I have supposedly had a clean rifle when I used other products and tried Aqua Clean as a follow up and gotten blue patches to my surprise. Great Stuff and washes off with plain water!
