I have used Chef's Choice ...

I have used Chef's Choice sharpener for years. My prior one was about 20 years old. It put a good edge on knives, but it was slow work. This model is fantastic! 2-3 minutes per knife or less and knives are razor sharp, sharper than I could get with the older model and the edge is uniform from bolster to tip. Highly recommended.

Wow!! If you want a sharp ...

Wow!! If you want a sharp knife, this the way to get it. Just be sure to tell your wife that you have sharpened her kitchen knives. I do a lot of work with leather and have spent a long time trying to get and edge that I got in just 5 minutes with this sharpner. Be sure to read and follow the instructions and you'll get a perfect edge every time. I couldn't be more pleased.

This knife sharpener is ...

This knife sharpener is in a class of its own. I got tired of spending hours sharpening knives w/ conventional stones and never getting the same edge. This sharpener is out of this world. It takes 2-3 minutes per knife and they come out consistent and razor sharp every time. Re-sharpening takes like 30 seconds!!!! I've used it on stainless steel kitchen knives as well as my hunting and skinning knives....WOW!
