The Floating Flasher from Higdon is the perfect motion decoy for nearly any hunting situation. The foam filled decoy base will not tip over, so this decoy is perfect for deep water or for shallow flooded rice. No need to carry extended decoy staked, this one is floats. The Floating Flasher features realistic image wings which are much more detailed than traditional painted wings for the most realistic motion possible. The removable weight on the wing of the wing connector allows you to set the side of the decoy that faces up when turned off do you will not flare late season wary birds with the white wings facing up.
