Powder residue, lead and bullet lube can build up in your chamber causing feeding and extraction problems. A 45 caliber bore brush is the wrong diameter and too soft to completely remove chamber contamination. This brush is designed specifically to clean the chamber of your 45. Thread size is 5/16-24.
