Outstanding value for the money. Just as clear as my other scopes costing 4 times as much. Seems to work well and maintains zero. I'll buy more when I need another scope.

I put this scope on a 30-06 and couldn't get it to zero. I put my old scope back on and it went to shooting under 1 inch. I'll be returning it.

I was not expecting much ...

I was not expecting much based on price, however it is a really good scope. I have tested it in gloomy and bright light conditions and the clarity is great. When compared to my Leupold and Burris scopes it lands in the middle for clarity and brightness. I think someday these scopes will be respected more. I have owned a pair of Konus binoculars for over a year and have put them through a beating. They are as clear as the day I bought them and are a great buy for the money. I hope the scope stands up as well.

Only 4 stars because the manufacturers warranty is only for 1 year. The way I look at warranties, is this; it tells the consumer what the manufacturer thinks of their product. Good scope in that it is clear, responds well in it's 1/4 minute adjustment increments and retains zero through it's range of powers. These are some things you won't find in scopes in this price range but most of them carry life time warranties.Midway's recomendations for the Buttler Creek lens cover (09 eye) was not correct for the scope I received. I had to return it for a number 10 and it still went on very tight. Almost didn't get it on! I would say, go with a number 11 eye. The obj. lens cover #26 was correct. The scope comes with a set of slip on see-thru lens covers and a lens cleaning cloth.

For the money is extremely well made, I have mounted it on a 7x64 rifle and shot 3 shot group and got a very good 1,2 moa with a hunting light barreled rifle. I've run about 150 rounds with it and it has no problem, it works fine. If you pay this kind of money don't expect to get a Zeiss but this is ok, the riflescope works FINE.
