Priced right, 1/3 that of other magazines. The dozen 20 rounders purchased fit and function well in the Colt, Rock River Arms and DPMS lowers we range tested, but are very tight in the older Olympic Arms lower we tried them in. i.e. do not drop free or hold the bolt open on the last round. due to binding the bolt catch. Easily modified to fit and function in the Olympic receiver using a cabinet scraper or sandpaper with a block to remove the excess plastic front and back.

Very disappointing. Had ...

Very disappointing. Had to trim material on the back of the mag to allow clearance for bolt catch. Even then, spring tension was still too weak and the follower couldn't push the bolt catch up on the last shot. I bought 4 of these mags and had the same problem on all 4. Don't be enticed by the low price, spend a few extra bucks for a good one.

Not bad for a 20 round mag. The shortness of the mag let's me use my shooting rest, nice if in a CQB and doesn't take a lot of room in my range bag. I prefer 30 rounders and that is why it is only 4 stars. Will buy again for my next AR that I'm building.

The spring was too weak ...

The spring was too weak to hold the bolt open after the last round was fired. The follower tilted so much the next to last round would not get picked up to chamber. I was hoping for the best but got the worst. Don't waste any money on these mags. I would send it back. But that would cost more than what I paid for it.

Awesome mag. I did not have trim anything like others. They fit perfectly and function great. I purchase more of them every time I order from Midway. The quote "you get what you pay for" don't work here. You get more than what you pay for.

This magazine is good for the price, no jamming at all. Only thing I had to do was trim the bottom upper lip section to get fitment proper. Other than that I would buy more of them.

These are cheap ...

These are cheap magazines, but they did feed reliably with my custom-built AR-15, although they do suffer the same issue as most magazines in the fact they need to have two rounds removed to allow it to easily lock into place on a closed bolt. If you are the do-it-yourself kind, take a boxcutter and shave a sliver of material from the top of the mag catch area and check to see if it fits easily in your rifle. Cheap fix and saves you some money in the long term. As a note, they are rather nice when combined with a magazine coupler sold by Midwayusa, enabling you to carry 20 extra rounds.

Picked up several of these due to the price and because I've been wanting some 20 round mags. Build is light, but doesn't look flimsy. They hold in the gun well, cycle ammo well. Like others mentioned I do have issues with them holding the bolt back on the last round. Last range trip I ran rounds thruogh 4 of these mags, multiple loads per mag. I only had the last shot hold the bolt open once in the whole trip. I'll use them for target practice/ sighting in/ malfunction drills, but no chance for home defense or hunting.

I purchased 9 of these for my AR 223. Tried all of them with Wolf ammo. Not 1 glitch. Very impressed!! Light and durable so far. I'm going to purchase more because I like to go shooting with clips loaded up, ready to go. A great value!
