As the Zombie apocalypse is seemingly drawing near, Leupold wants to make sure you are prepared by introducing the VX-R Zombie Rifle Scope that features a sleek design with daylight-capable Green illumination. The patented 1-button illumination control allows zombie hunters to select between 8 intensity settings while a proprietary motion sensor deactivates illumination after 5 minutes of inactivity, but reactivates the instant any movement is detected. The Leupold VX-R Zombie also features the Index Matched Lens System with edge blackened lenses for extreme clarity and light transmission at low light when zombies tend to be most active. Your apocalypse scope package includes elevation turrets that are exposed finger adjustable and ballisticaly matched to Hornady Z-Max .308 168 gr. and a separate ballistic turret calibrated with .223 55 gr. Z-Max ammunition. The ballistic turrets allow for fast changes when the zombie apocalypse is in full force. The last thing you need is a scratch on the lens of your zombie scope, so Leupold has provided zombie edition alumina flip-up covers that protect your lenses and feature a picture of a zombie on the inside to help you identify the living dead.
