I have this on a Mossberg ...

I have this on a Mossberg 835 and hunt turkeys with 3.5 inch shells. It has taken a pounding over the years and has never needed adjustment. Love the rangefinding capabilities. Simple math!!!

Right out of the box, ...

Right out of the box, this scope just plain works. It provides bright, clear, sharp images thanks to its fast focus eyepiece. This eyepiece is firm, allowing you to set it to your eye and forget about it. It is identical in size, shape and features to the Master Series Prohunter 2-7X32. The only difference is the power range and associated markings. This makes for a rather large shotgun scope at 11" long which is why I mounted it on a Marlin 336 in 30-30 Winchester. My boys and I measured the eye relief at 4.0-4.25". The diamond reticle is thick but not overly so. Elevation and windage corrections are accurate. At the range, the combo zeroed in only 7 rounds, and thereafter shot 2" groups at 100 yards. Not bad for a carbine wearing a shotgun scope with parallax adjusted for 50 yards! I highly recommend this scope for short and moderate ranges with both shotguns and rifles.

Mounted to my 10/22 it's ...

Mounted to my 10/22 it's the perfect scope. The diamond reticle seems to find squirrels and targets. The barrel is visible at 1.5x but allows both eyes open shooting. At 5x it's great for target shooting. I like that the 75yd parallax is a further distance than the typical rimfire scope.
