I have used this device, ...

I have used this device, the Saf-T-Round, since they came on the market many years ago. I have also tried other types of chamber blocks or flags, and keep coming back to this product. It does just what it says -- blocks the chamber and ejects by operating the bolt (as long as you let the extractor hook the brass base). Buy it and try it.

Works great in AR-15's. Drop the bolt on it and charge when you're ready to go. Ejects perfectly allowing the next live round to feed.

Works great in ARs. Easy ...

Works great in ARs. Easy to use, durable, and makes checking the status of the weapon a snap. To load, just run the charging handle, and the saf-t-round ejects like a cartridge. Plus, already has a hole drilled if you want to dummy-chord it to your rifle. Great little gadget.

I have an Arsenal ...

I have an Arsenal SLR-106FR, which is basically an AK-74M clone in 5.56x45mm (NOT 5.45x39mm). The first time I tried this device, it not only would not eject, but jammed the rifle to the point that I had to remove the bolt carrier so that I could pry it out of the bolt. Dummy and live 5.56mm rounds function flawlessly. They do list an "AK47" model, but that is a firearm, not a caliber, and I would assume it to be for a 7.62x39mm chamber. In any case, my firearm is the proper caliber for this device, and it not only did not function, it jammed to the point of requiring disassembly. AR or bolt gun owners may have a different experience.
