The Evolution Gun Works low profile gas block is a clamp-on style gas block with a low profile for a sleek appearance or to put underneath a handguard system. The EGW gas block is constructed of aluminum with a black hard coat anodized finish. The clamp on block eliminates the pressure point in the bore that is experienced with some set-screw gas blocks. The clamping mechanism evenly distributes the force around the barrel and does not affect the barrels accuracy.
