Redding Neck Sizer Bushings freely interchange in all Redding Bushing-Style Sizing Dies. They are available in .001" increments covering all calibers from 17 to 338. By selecting the correct bushing, you are now able to provide just the right amount of neck tension to properly hold the bullet without excessive resizing. All bushings are marked with size identification. To determine proper Bushing size, measure the outside neck diameter of a loaded cartridge with a precision micrometer, then subtract .001" to .002", to allow for brass spring back and bullet tension. Shellholder and dies sold separately. Made in the USA.

Best sizing bushings you ...

Best sizing bushings you can buy, just like everything else Redding sells. Buy with confidence that it's much easier on your sizing step with the Nitride bushings than the regular steel ones.

Like all other Redding ...

Like all other Redding products, these bushings are top notch. I load primarily for an Encore with a Bergara barrel in this caliber. Having three diameters of bushings allows me to maintain consistency in finished inside diameter and thus bullet tension while using different lots of brass with varying neck wall thickness. I don't use an inside button in the die, so the bushing controls the sizing completely. I have used both the plain steel and Titanium bushings and can notice a difference in ease of sizing and consistency in the finished case with the Titanium. I do not have to use any lube when neck sizing with the Titanium bushings. After sizing several hundred cases there is no apparent wear in the bushing. Highly recommended.

245 dia puts my 223 brass ...

245 dia puts my 223 brass at .003 under my loaded neck size. Loading for ar-15 semi auto I have enough tension at .003 that the heads stay at my oal when shooting. I use the full length sizer with this neck bushing. Must use lube or will stick in die. If just neck sizing for bolt action no lube needed. I use lapua brass bullet runout most .001 a few just over. With Lilja barrel groups 1/2in. Standard full length dies was 3/4in groups. 5 shot groups at 100 yds. This is also in semi auto loading. That's 1/4in tighter gr with neck sizer dies. Super smooth to use with Hornady spray lube.
