BEWAREI am rating this 5 starts because it is a extremely high quality product as is everything from GG&G. However, pay attention here - if you have a quad rail on your AR like I do it may or it may not fit. I have a Coly LE6920 with a Midwest Industries quad rail that extends out past the front sight post. This sling thing will not fit as the quad rail is in the way. The only option is to either beat on the quad rail and bend the heat shield downward (not a good idea since it is aluminum) or to bend the GG&G sling thing which is also not a great idea If the sling clip was offset about 1/8 inch either up or down it would work just fine but as it is centered on the mount there just is not enough clearance. Too bad because this is a very nice piece of hardware.
