Put this on my Ak-47 wasr-10 and it worked good at first. The dot worked great and it was accurate. But I found that I had to re-zero the sight every time I shot it. This sight is better for low caliber rounds like .22's and maybe .223 rounds. But for anything higher, it just cant handle the recoil and it'll lose its zero every time you shoot it. Also, after shooting about 300-400 rounds with it, the glass lens completely popped out. This was also because of the high amount of recoil from the 7.62x39 round. Overall its a good deal for the low price, but if you want something that can handle higher caliber rounds, look at other alternatives.

Had one on my Browning 22 in the rain that created a blurred reflection on the dot. Returned to Midway as per TruGlow rep with a replacement. Also one unit had a bad battery contact which was also replaced. Great Job with the warranties.

I have this on a 6.8 spc. Its holding zero and repeats after changing reticle settings. I'm shooting smaller groups than the 2.5 moa dot at 100 yds. not sure clicks are one inch though and its very hard to feel eack click. I like the hood design, seems durable. multiple shooters get the same pattern including one cross eye dominant rookie so i'll keep it.

I put this on my ruger blackhawk 5.5 in. and it only lasted a few heavy recoil loads before the green dot stopped working and the glass cracked. The quality of the scope is good that i would buy it for a low recoil gun such as a 10/22.

I've mounted this unit on my Stag 8L. Be very careful with the mounting screws, they are prone to stripping. TruGlo sent me a replacement set, no problem.

However, mounting it was simple. Only a minute or two.

The reticle was an odd shape, and out of focus at first, then I tried it wearing my glasses and found it to be focused up nicely.

Easy to zero, and it has held it's zero without trouble. I've tried it at 25 and 50 yards and groups nicely. I've had the opportunity to try different light levels on the reticle and have found it to be easy to adjust, and have found a reticle level for just about every light level I've encountered.

For the price, I'd buy another. I would hope that TruGlo will address the issue with the small mounting hardware, and make it a bit more robust.

I liked the first one I bought (so far). I ordered a second one for a different rifle. When mounting it on the Weaver rail, the screw broke before I had it snugged up. It's a different screw than came with the first sight.

What a waste of time and money. I will be looking for something better.

out of the box, all settings blurry, red side a little better but green side totally useless displaying only a green "blur"no matter what brightness level used. Hopefully just got a bad unit. I recently took a chance on a cheaper BSA and its optics were very clear. Will try one more and report back later.

Got this truglo when I pick up my 5.56 dpms and it has performed well with no problems holds true. The only thing I did not care for was how reflective it is. I have shot over 1,500rnds and it still makes a 4" group at 100yards, worth the $

The reticles are too small for my taste and there is a lot of flare or reflection from the reticles. I compared it side by side with an older Hakko Panorama and the Hakko reticles were clear, and the shape they were intended to be. I will be returning the sight for a refund.

I too had issues with the 5MOA being blurry, but I found that the 4th setting is perfect. The red-green choice is nice. The more compact size is very nice for my glock 23. I like the mounting system as well, very well engineered in my opinion. I am confident that there will be no issues with it holding zero. Really like the optic initially!
