Fits very well, nice finish, good threads, fits my buttstock perfectly. Like another poster stated, it is a softer alloy than what the military uses, so it may not be the best if you like to treat your AR rough, but for most normal purposes it ought to be great.

I have to say I'm very impressed with this tube. I have now put 3 mil spec utg tubes on all with magpul stocks and the fit is perfect no slop even on the stocks without the extra locking feature. Also, when threading into DPMS upper it's so snug you almost don't have to have a buffer tube locking nut. I will be putting these on all the guns I build

It does fit well, however, it's important to note the alloy is 6061 aluminum, as is used for most inexpensive commercial parts. The milspec alloy is 7075T6, and the tubes are hammer extruded. Actual milspec tubes have almost twice the strength of commercial alloys (75 lbs breaking force vs 40 lbs). This is a fine tube for a target or plinking gun, but is not strong enough for tactical use.

I recently purchased one of these mil spec buffer tubes as the one I wanted was out of stock. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and fit with my Magpul ACS stock. I would purchase this product again as it's a fraction of the cost!

The price was is right. I also ordered it to fit a mil-spec MagPul MOE stock.The stock is really tight, but so smooth. There is no need to spend more money on any other buffer tube.Plus this is six position while most are only 5. Nothing wrong with this tube. Simple, cheap and quality.

I ordered this buffer tube so I could fit a mil spec MagPul MOE stock. Seeing the tube that was on my AR was not mil spec. Packaging was cheap but who cares. Once I got it out and looked it over it is a nice tube. Finish was outstanding and fit and dead on!! So all I can say is I am happy.
