The Taylor Freelance +2 magazine base pad for the Beretta Storm CX4 45 ACP Carbine is constructed of aircraft aluminum with a black anodized finish. The extension brings the capacity of the factory magazine to 10 rounds and uses the factory magazine follower and spring. The added length of the extension makes magazine changes easier than the flush-fit factory magazines. Because of the flush fit factory magazines in CX4 carbines +2 base pads may require the retainer plate to be modified slightly for magazines to drop free.
