The Super Fly holster is constructed of a very tacky material, often compared to fly paper, meaning that the holster will absolutely not budge in your pocket. Additional features include a removable outer flap to further break up your pistol's outline, slick pack cloth interior for a friction-free draw and polymer reinforcements in critical areas.

Have been using this holster for about a year. It's still sticky. As matter of fact it's so sticky I find it's easier to put the holster in the back pocket of my jeans before I put them on. The holster is somewhat thick, but it hides the outline of the gun.

The product works as advertised, I like it. I had used a Nemesis for several years and wanted a holster with even more resistance to showing a pistol outline through pants pockets.

I've been using holsters ...

I've been using holsters for a long time to carry my p-3at but not any more. I've totally gotten used to this holster. I carry it in my hip pocket like a wallet and Im only just aware its there. I would say that this holster isnt going to allow as quick a draw as a holster but it is way more comfortable.

This holster is "ok", but ...

This holster is "ok", but has a couple of flaws.The firt problem is IMO the superfly doesn't offer anything that the cheaper desantis nemesis doesn't offer. It has a slightly "tackier" surface (just barely more tacky than the nemesis), but the tradeoff for this is a) it looks goofy (shiny kind of like a little girl's walle) and b) it comes packed between pieces of special paper, which leads me to belief the "tackiness" will wear off over time.The second and more important drawback is the superfly does a poor job breaking up the shape of the gun. In jeans or other pants with thicker material (like pleated dockers) this isn't a problem, but with thinner material dress pants it is. Desantis' solution to this is to include a velcro-attachable cover flap to break up the gun shape. While this is an ok idea, it is poorly executed as the 'flap' adds entirely too much bulk.In summary, this holster is poorly executed in my opinion. If I could do it again, I'd get a cheaper desantis nemesis to wear with jeans, and/or a leather holster that does a better job breaking up the outline of the gun.
