The Safariland 6354 Tactical holster is built for comfort as well as functionality. This drop-leg, tactical holster features the Safariland Automatic Locking System (ALS) system which instantly secures the pistol in the holster by locking onto the ejection port of the firearm. Securing the pistol is automatic upon reholstering and draws are fast and intuitive making the Safariland 6354 well suited for tactical situations encountered today. The ALS on the Model 6354 holster can only be released by sweeping the thumb piece during the draw; no pushing and no twisting; simply sweep the thumb piece during the draw stroke. Heavy duty Safarilaminatre construction and STX Tactical finish make the holster rugged and ready to protect the gun in scrape, scratch and dent incidents. A molded-in sight track and soft SafariSuede lining protect the gun's sights and finish.

An additional feature of the Model 6354 is the double leg strap and the Safarilaminate leg shroud. These two features combine to equal a comfortable and stable position on the leg. The holster can be removed and mounted to additional Safariland ELS, MLS, and other mounting platforms and will retain the ALS security.
