Galco's KingTuk tuckable inside the waistband reigns supreme in comfort, speed, and versatility! The KingTuk provides the best of both worlds: a comfortable backing plate made of lined saddle leather with Napa leather front combined with a rigid Kydex holster pocket for a fast draw and easy holstering. Worn inside the waistband, the KingTuk's removable metal belt clips (fitting belts up to 1 3/4") can be moved up or down in the corresponding holes in the leather, enabling the user to set the carry height and angle to suit their unique preferences.

Ive found this product to be worth a much better rating that it's gotten so far. The price is very fair from a well known and regarded company. I am 6'4" and weigh 210 lbs, so im fairly slender. This holster conceals my full size 1911 extremely well. And that is saying something due to the fact that i wear very form fitting tee shirts. As for the comments about the holster not staying in the pants when drawn, i have had the exact opposite experience. I wear "Dickie" shorts with a casual dress belt made by "Fossil". The belt is not a heavy duty belt like some made by the "gunbelt" companies, and i have not had any issues with the holster coming out with the pistol during a draw. Id actually prefer the kydex to be a little tighter on the pistol, since it will break in later (its perfect right now). Maybe the other guys were wearing bathing shorts....And the kydex will NOT collapse on the pistol from belt tension. If you are wearing the belt tight enough to do that, then your legs would not work due to lack of blood circulation. I have found that this holster meets every need i have to conceal a full size 1911.

I bought this holster for a 3"kimber and a 4" springfield 1911, It is extremely comfortable and stable. The problem I had is that with your belt on and tight enough to hold your gun/pants, The kydex collapses around the gun and makes it almost impossible to draw the weapon. You can draw the weapon just fine with the holster out of your pants, but not in them with a belt on and its not a breakin issue as I wore this for 3 months to see if it would get better. For that reason only I can not recommend this product to others.

I've had this for a month now, really comfortable after it breaks in. Highly recommend with a instructor 5 stitch belt!

Comfy holster, conceals ...

Comfy holster, conceals my full size springfield 1911 very well, I am 6"3 185 pounds so I am pretty slim but like I said this holster conceals the gun even with just a T shirt on. A word of advise if you plan on carrying a full size 1911 would be to purchase yourself a nice quality belt designed for carry because carrying around a full size 1911 is heavy and it will still make this holster sag in your pants, a regular dress belt will not cut it. Also my 1911 is parkerized and the kydex has scratched it up pretty good, but that will happen when carrying your gun anyways. Overall I would recommend purchasing this holster.

As a Galco product, it is very well made and does work. It is very discreet, comfortable, and hides my Commander-sized 1911 well. The only issues are that the flap that keeps the slide from rubbing on you tends to knock th safety off (could be a problem depending on your point of view) and throughout the day my shirt works its way untucked on that side. I prefer the Royal Guard holster for daily use, but when you have to tuck in your shirt this is a good choice.

I carry my fullsize Kimber Warrior in this holster daily and the more I use it the more I like it. When you first buy it, the holster is a little stiff and you will get some initital hang ups when drawing your pistol. DO NOT let this discourage you. The holster needs to be broken in! Wear it around the house for several hours! Keep drawing your pistol and break it in. The clips can be adjusted to your needs and they hold strong. I usually wear it in the 3 O'clock position or the 4 o'clock depending on what im wearing. You cant tell im carrying. I recommend this holster especially if your carrying fullsize. its comfortable and conceals very well. After I broke it in, my pistol draws smoothly and fast. Remember, practice, practice, and practice!

I have used this holster for about a month now, I where it about 14 hours a day and don't even know it's there. Great quality and fit's my 1911 gov great. As for as the clip's, I have no problem drawing my weapon. I would suggest this product to other's and have.

I have used this Holster for the past 3 months for my 5" 1911.it was a bit stiff at first and tight on the gun but that is what a new holster is like after a few days it broke in and i cant say enough good things about it.for someone looking for a IWB holster this is a great buy.

If you want a holster that will stay in your pants, keep looking. The clips simply arent strong enough to stay attached to anything except thick leather. Tried it with a couple different belts, same result. I end up pointing a gun with holster still attached, not to mention you cant adjust the tension that it holds the gun with, and it takes a good tug to get it out. The bad guy might not hurt me because of the laugh he would get out of seeing me point this ridiculous assembly at him. Spend you money elsewhere.
