In an effort to strengthen what many believe to be a design weakness of the Remington 600 Series of rifles, Heritage Arms offers a replacement bolt release kit that closely resembles that of the Remington 700 rifle series. The new release is constructed of heat-treated stainless steel for durability, and includes all the necessary parts for installation in 600 or 660 Series rifles. Minor fitting may be required.
