although rated as HV, these will not reliably cycle the actions of my S&W M&P15-22 or Sig Sauer 1911-22. failure to function easily 20-25%.

All my .22's love this ammo. It is accurate @ 30 yd shooting a rim fire flip target you get at walmart. I will be doing dime shot grouping very shortly. I was using my Mossberg 802 plinkster

Why is this stuff cheaper ...

Why is this stuff cheaper than Federal Gold Medal Target. My groups were better with this in my 10/22 VLEH than with the match grade ammo. Higher velocities too. Great stuff.

Sure, its not the most accurate round, but the price allows you to buy a lot for a long time of plinking. They actually fed better in my rifles than I originally thought. Good cheap ammo!

Very good in my Beretta ...

Very good in my Beretta Neos. No misfires and one misfeed out of the brick, probably my fault. I can't tell the difference between this and Federal 510. Both are good pistol match ammo.

Fun cartridges to plink ...

Fun cartridges to plink with hardly any jams. They feed well in both my semi-auto .22 rifles. They're clean, easy to store and American made. All the quality's needed for good ammo!

Horrible stuff. 10-15% of cartridges would not feed properly in my Browning Buckmark .22 pistol. I have no such problems with any CCI ammo.

Very poor feeding into ...

Very poor feeding into the Ruger MKII pistol. On average 2-3 rounds in every 10-round magazine either jammed or got stuck in the breech. Bullets aren't crimped, and rotate and bend freely. This ammo isn't suitable for a 22LR hand-gun, but may perform better in a single-shot bolt-action rifle.

I put 250 rounds of these ...

I put 250 rounds of these through my newly acquired Ruger 22/45 Mk.III (5.5" barrel) in a single session, with zero malfunctions. Accuracy is unspectacular, but more than acceptable given the price; at ~35 feet unsupported, all the bullets went approximately where I put them (which is not necessarily the same as where I wanted to put them, if you catch my drift). In short, this is an excellent choice for inexpensive plinking.
