Lapua has changed it!

I've shot this bullet in a Savage .308 target model for some time. The bullet had a smooth shank, and consistently gave me sub-inch groups (often one ragged hole) at 100 yards. The last batch I bought had something like a crimping groove around the shank. My groups have gone to over an inch and as much as 2 inches. Lapua has ruined a great bullet!

Awesome little light bullets, I use them in my Ar-15 in 7.62x39mm. they are very similar to 123gr. bullets in length and have a boat tail. good Velocity over 2700+ FPS.

I am shooting these bullets from an AR .300Whisper and they are great. They function smoothly and the Cutting edge on the bullet shoulder really makes clean scoring on targets easy, I have only shot small game with them so far but they preformed just like you would expect a light HP to do....Buy a box and try them you'll like them.

I have made two trips to the range with this bullet. My rifle of choice was a 308 Savage target model. I fired 5 groups of 3 rounds each at 300 yds on both trips. The first trip averaged .9 the 2nd trip average .6. Powder was ww748. Need I say more!
