Redding 3-Die Sets are available for rifle and pistol cartridges. The pistol sets contain a full length sizing die, expander die, and bullet seating die. The rifle sets contain a full length sizing die, neck sizing die, and a bullet seating die. The full length sizing die features a decapping rod assembly with neck expander. The expander die includes a neck expanding plug and the seating die features a built-in crimping ring and seating plug. This combination is sure to produce consistent, reliable ammunition time and time again. Shellholder sold separately. Made in the USA.

In general I like Redding ...

In general I like Redding dies, and have several other caliber sets. The .454 Casull I am particular about as is a high recoil and pressure load, and carry my Freedom Arms working and hunting in elk, moose, and heavy grizzly country. I really like the target style micrometer bullet seating die, and carbide sizer die, even though pricey.

These are non-carbide ...

These are non-carbide dies so you have to lube the cases. Not a fault of the dies, but most other pistol dies are carbide these days so it is worth mentioning.I found it was not possible to get a sufficiently heavy crimp and to correctly seat the bullet in a single step. When I was getting enough crimp the seating plug was putting a ring onto the nose of the bullet jacket. If you were using the dies in a non-progressive press and could seat, then readjust and crimp it would be a non-problem. In a progressive I had to seat/crimp in a single step.The die set it much less expensive then the others in the market, but I'd rather spend a bit more for a carbide + 4-die set and not be frustrated in my reloading.
