This digital smoker uses a RF remote, which controls temperature, time, internal light usage, smoker temperature, meat temperature, and the power on/off. The see-through window allows you to monitor the cooking, without having to open the door, while built-in wheels make transportation of this unit a breeze. The digital control panel offers push-button temperature and time control, while the temperature is controlled by the electronic thermostat. A side wood chip loader, allows maintenance to be done, without opening the door and losing all of your heat. Chrome-coated smoking racks, and removable drip and rear-mounted grease pans make clean-up easy. This smoker utilizes 730 sq. inches of cooking space and can be set to maintain a temperature of 100-275 degrees.
