The Counter Point folders offer almost all the same benefits as The Cold Steel Counter TAC boot knife series but in a smaller, lighter, and more easily concealed package. The blades are in a classic boot knife shape with long false edges and needle sharp points to guarantee the ultimate in penetration. The handles of our Counter Points are also reminiscent of our Counter TAC's. They¹re injection molded from Grivory and have steel liners to enhance their strength and rigidity. They offer an unusually secure grip for their diminutive size. They're carefully sculptured and contoured with strategically placed holes to reduce weight, and they sport a unique thumb rest built into the butt, affording excellent purchase and a wide variety of grip options. While no folding knife can ever hope to compete with a fixed blade boot knife in overall strength, the Counter Point folders come much closer than any competitor in their size range due to the revolutionary Tri-Ad lock. Designed to withstand horrendous stress and strain, it shrugs off impact from any angle without fail and offers a huge margin of safety for your precious fingers. To enable your Counter Point to be swiftly drawn and ready for action Cols Steel has equipped them with fully ambidextrous pocket clips and thumb studs. Clipped to a boot top, pocket or waistband, the Counter Points are just about invisible and so light they truly can be carried 24-7.
