Arrived with broken lens ...

Arrived with broken lens cover, which wasn't a huge deal to me. But, I believe it was improperly packaged from the mfg or something. Instructions for it had warnings for air guns, nothing about real firearms. And it was not a 5 moa dot at all, it had a cross-hair/reticle. Not what I wanted at all. The dot projector as Ill call it was at the 6 o'clock which wouldn't allow a co-witness with my irons. Thanks to midway for a trouble-free return and quick shipping though.

I guess for the money I ...

I guess for the money I expected a little more in the quality dept. I've had mine for over a year now and rides atop an AR platform gun. I carry it occasionally on duty. On at least 3 occasions it red dot has either failed to come on at all or been off and on during firing. In a plinker sight this would not be near as big a deal as it is when your butt may depend on it working. The cross hairs are not real crisp and it's hard to distinguish one from the other for accurate shooting.

Ease of use and quality ...

Ease of use and quality of construction go hand in hand with this scope. Mounted to a Ruger 10/22 I've had absolutely no problems and the well defined crosshair recticle seems much more accurate as distance increases. Another plus is the use of AAA batteries. If you're looking for an economical red dot that's well built, buy this one.

The scope is very clear, and it is easy to sight it in. Accuracy is very good. I would recommend it highly to anyone that wants a good scope for their AR15, and it looks good on it too.

Good bright scope, but does not co-witness on AR (too high). Also received it with a broken lens cap, but Midway's excellent customer service took care of that.

This is a great product, good weight, cool crosshairs not just a dot, good brightness. The only drawback was when first opened and turned on the reticle was very blurry but after turned on a few times it gained a focus.
