The Fiocchi Action Proving Dummy is an inert round designed for classroom or range instruction. Its purpose is to teach the Cycle of Operations and illustrate how a shotgun should function when properly used. This round has no powder, and no primer. It does use actual steel shot to mimic the weight of a live shotshell.
