Why do they call it black ...

Why do they call it black when it is not! It look the same as the charcoal one. Fit of the door is very poor and hard to open. I cannot recall a DPMS product that I have ever been this unhappy with. Stock fist is not bad.

I own a DPMS AR, and ...

I own a DPMS AR, and several accessories/add-on's and have generally been please. Not so this time. The fit between the butt plate and the stock was so poor that I returned the stock. As usual, Midway was great about accepting a return for an item that didn't meet expectations. Thanks Midway.

I hate to bash a company ...

I hate to bash a company I otherwise like, but this buttstock is really bad. Fit and finish is terrible. The "buttpad" is loose, has gaps, and isn't sized right. There are highly visible lines where the stock came out of the mold. And the fit to the AR is just plain poor. Spend the money elsewhere. I returned the one I bought ASAP.
