A precision machined bolt shroud that offers stabilizer screws. Two opposing screws set against the action to prevent twisting of the bolt shroud and cocking piece when closing or opening the bolt which allows a lighter and more consistent trigger pull to be obtained.


Technical Information

Material: Aluminum, semi-gloss finish

Notes:
  • Replacement bolt shroud which has two opposing screws (one on either side of the shroud).
  • Screws prevent the cocking piece in the shroud from rotating during bolt movement when opening or closing the bolt.
  • With the shroud stabilized in this manner, the trigger can be more easily adjusted for pull weight and will have more consistency.

    A good addition to my Rem 700, although adjusting it is a problem, I wish they included the correct size feeler gauge that would fit.
