Weaver Top-Mount Rings offer wide top steel caps that hold zero under the most jarring recoil. Loosen the thumb nuts and you can go back to iron sights in seconds. Later you can put the rings back on the base, tighten the thumb nuts and the scope will be very close to zero.

CHOOSING RINGS: Ring height is determined by measuring the outside objective (bell) diameter on your scope. If you aren't sure which rings will suit your needs, please refer to the Ring Height Application Chart.

I have two sets of these Weaver scope rings, one set on my Ruger 10/22T, and the other set on my Browning Buckmark. I find them very easy to use. Once the scope is mounted to any Weaver style base, you only need to loosen the two thumb screws at the ring's base, and the whole assembly comes right off for easy cleaning, or returning to iron sight shooting. Pop the whole assembly back on, and most times the scope is right back on zero, or real close to it. I don't know how well they will hold up to magnum loads, but for a rimfire application I highly recommend these Weaver rings.
