Boy, there is a lot of information in this book. I bought it out of interest for old Marlin rifles and learned a lot about some neat old sights Marlin used to have and wish I could now get. Also learned some intersting things about the sights on Winchesters and Remingtons. You know the XO Ghostsights that are so hot now on lever action rifles? Old news! Marlin had a similiar sight as an option on their old levers. Anyway, be prepared for a few hours of enjoyable reading.
