Good primers! 45 ACP 200 Gr. #68's. Loaded in a mixed batch brass with no problem. Consistent loads through chronograph, very slight 10 to 15 ft. per second (mixed brass). Good product. Ed

wolf LG pistol reg primers work great in 45acp loads. no misfires. no soft shots and the pistol was fairly clean after 150rds. seating was always hard with my 45acp loads. these did load with a nice smooth feel. Way too hard to seat all the way in. some would stay too far out even with a very hard push. so I used the mag primers in the 44 worked good. Seating was normal push in. I am staying with the standard wolf primers even when the cci primers are available. I always get 1 or two jams due to carbon build up so far twice out to the range no jams with the standard wolf lg pistol. UPDATE (11/24):Loaded a few hundred more with mixed brass all loaded with a nice smooth push. still no miss fires. as for mag primers, stick to the 44mag brass none of these will load in 45acp brass very easy.

These primers work so good that I put all my other Winchester primers in deep storage and I’m using these exclusively. I’m using them for my .45 Colt loads mostly for Cowboy Action Shooting and after 4000 rounds, I only had one primer that didn’t go off. They do fit a little snug like a CCI primer but didn’t have any problem seating them in many different brands of brass. Work great in my 45 ACP loads too. I feel and have heard from other shooters that the sensitivity is like Winchester primers.

I bought 5000 wolf large pistol primers. I've reloaded 2000rnds of 45acp and shot all of them with no problems what so ever. I would recommend these primers.

Very pleased with Wolf Primers; excellent product. I reloaded 500 rounds, 45 ACP with mixed brass, no problems, and not one miss-fire. They are in stock and I will continue to order this brand.

The only problem was that a few didn’t fire. Other than that they work

Using these rather recently, in 35 yrs of reloading, first time for these wolf lp primers. slowly working my way through the 3000 I bought from Midway. All loads are new recipes, so until loads are developed, results will vary until established and verified. They seem great. All have fired normally. Will re-evaluate as I progress

The Wolf large pistol primers have worked fine. No misfires or failure to fire. Seating seems to take a little more pressure than some of the other primers I have used. I have been very happy with them so far.
