Arredondo Base Pads come in several configurations for all types of applications. These extended pads increase magazine capacity with no permanent modifications to the handgun or magazine. Made of a durable nylon, these pads are almost indestructible.

    Great product, adds +5 to 16rd mags but only +3 to 15rd mags, I believe it is because of the indentions on the bottom of the 15rd mags. Haven't had any feeding problems but a tighter spring would definitely be a nice addition to help when the mag is low on ammo. Overall great buy.

    Added this to my XD 40 mags and it gave my mags 3 more rounds functions great.

    21 rounds of 9mm in the magazine plus 1 in the chamber is a potent combination. The pad installs easily and with a factory magazine body it feeds 100%. The only complaint is that the slide will not lock back on an empty chamber with the factory 16-round spring. An extra power spring or a longer competition-type spring is required for positive slide lock, and I have not yet found a correct spring for this application.
